sarah huny young (she/they) is an award-winning photographer and deejay exalting Black womanhood and queer communities through visual art and music. With the archival of resilience in mind, she primarily shoots and performs on-location across the country in the thick of QTBIPOC nightlife and in public settings. huny’s professional memberships include Women Photograph, Diversify Photo, The Authority Collective, and Black Women Photographers and her work has been featured in The New York Times, New York Magazine, The Washington Post, The Verge, and Pittsburgh City Paper.
