Statement on Diversity and Inclusion
Our approach to inclusion and diversity is rooted in listening, learning, and building on the feedback we receive from our team, community, patrons, and collaborators. Building with a diverse team affords us the perspective to better serve our multicultural, global audience. For Prizm Art Fair and Prizm Projects, Inc. 501(c)(3), as we continue pursuit of equity in the fine arts and creative industry sector. We acknowledge a diverse and inclusive workforce as a key performance indicator that will create sustainability for our organization and deliver programming and services that will speak to a multicultural, multigenerational, and ultimately, global audience. Each year, Prizm Art Fair exhibits approximately 100 artists from Africa and its Diaspora and are proud to hire and retain staff, consultants, advisors, and a board that represents and is a reflection of the Prizm Art Fair of perspectives and narratives our exhibitors share with the world.
